My first thought of Angelle is always '97 or '98, the World Finals on the Winston bike when she lost the Championship in the last round to Matt Hines. We always hang around a few hours to check out the end of year celebrations and wander the pits and when we got to the Winston bike trailer, there was no celebrating, Angelle was still inconsolable and bawling her eyes out. I was conscious at that exact moment, her career was going to be made or broken, it was either going to be a moment she couldn't come back from being that close to the Championship or it was going to be something that galvanized her to take the next step. Well, she took the next step and then some. It's great to have her back.
