One of my favorites! To this day when something goes my way and my son is around I point to the sky and say “thanks boss”. Never fails to get a chuckle out of him.

just watched this over the weekend. was riveted. excellent piece. i miss them too. probably happiest i've ever been for someone to win the whole deal
like they did in '93. that was incredible ....... pic is brainerd '88, he was doing a photoshoot for safety equipment i think. shoes or firesuit, i'm not sure.

Eddie and Ercie lived within spitting distance of me for 15 years. We still live in the same town, Wichita Falls, and I run into him from time to time. Last I heard they were raising championship bulls and he was spending lots of time blasting around road courses in one of his 3 little hot rods. Ercie crew-chiefs for him. Eddie Hill is 86 years old...amazing....
