I don't recall there was this much of a discrepancy between the blown and injected dragsters when we first started seeing some injected nitro dragsters. Is my memory faulty?

But good for the BBB Team for coming out with such a new combination and getting it right after really just a few runs. Took the Injected nitro dragster guys quite a bit longer to get something that was reliable.

Boggs ran injected fuel for years with his brother, He is the MASTER at running injected. This is not unexpected from him.

Welll it took years for the AFD to find success. Chess Bushey ran the combo for years before getting a win. Mick Steele and Julie Nataas also had decent runs in Q1.

Bushey ran a transmission. Nitro needs a load to burn the fuel. The Steele and Natasse cars are just getting started with a top alky funny car (on fuel) and running great. I said earlier this will change the class for ever. this is only the beginning. give them a lock up clutch and stand back.

Top fuel dragsters have a limit on wing angle. They lose load upstairs and spin the tires and drop holes. give them more wing and the speed would go over the moon.

I would guess that the hard lessons learned by the dragsters helped speed up the funny cars time line

Weird because

A) not hearing reinharts voice, as I have the past forever amount of years

B) John not racing. First year I've ever seen it since I've been coming in 1990

Prock lost a rear end and we are down for a long clean up. I was at the fall Vegas race and the down time from these rear end clean ups was torture. I guess this would have been a much longer clean up if it wasn't for the new blanket over the rear end?

This gear problem is a huge issue. Hopefully no one ever gets hurt. I won’t even bring up what could happen. Thankfully they put that plate behind the seat in FC for the driver. Could Possibly junk the whole drivetrain when it lets go. Add to it fans sitting on their thumbs for hours cleaning this **** up. Not good.
