Martin is a wonderful facility. It's only 2 - 2.5 hours from Chicago. We've won a hand full of races there.

I hope they can figure it out. Definitely some challenges there.

Martin, The good old times. Run Sat night then head over to Union Grove for Sun. There used to be a Cabin Burger type joint south and on the eastside of 94 that was our eating place, then back to Toledo.

In an exciting move for NHRA’s 75th anniversary season, U.S. 131 Motorsports Park, a standout facility in Martin, Mich., has joined the NHRA Member Track Network as part of NHRA’s North Central Division (Division 3).

I believe if NHRA hadn't joined with Martin it's a sure bet IHRA would've grabbed it.
My opinion NHRA shouldn't have ever let it go.

My honest opinion... The NASCAR Trial and Fiasco, plus the real establishment of IHRA as a viable alternative for grass roots racers has only lit a glowing fire under the NHRA Headquarters. Plus with all of the shakeup in Brownsburg, this will only elevate the NHRA! 75th Anniversary.....
