A Change for RWR (10 Viewers)

I thought RWR sold the team and charter and everything was settled in September.
I thought all of that was still up in the air with everything surrounding the lawsuit that is currently in a federal court trial as we speak?

Btw we all crap on NHRA from time to time but after reading what has been going on with 23XI & Front Row vs. NASCAR and this trial, I can confidently say NHRA, while it has its faults, is better ran than what Jim France and some of the bean counters have been doing behind the scenes with NASCAR.

my understanding is RWR has been involved in a separate legal matter with Legacy Motor Club regarding the sale of a charter, a dispute that has since been settled. RWR is not a party to the 23XI/FRM vs. NASCAR litigation. The lawsuit, filed in October 2024, is an action brought solely by 23XI Racing (co-owned by Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin) and Front Row Motorsports (owned by Bob Jenkins). The two teams argue that NASCAR operates as an illegal monopoly and engages in anti-competitive practices that limit team revenues and the long-term value of their businesses.
