Congrats to Chad Head on his low qualifier blast of 4.01! Always been a big fan of Jim, and now it's great to see Chad doing so well driving the big show car as well as the nostalgia deal. Could this be a sign of things to come, now that Jim is focused soley on tuning?

Agreed. Jim always was and still is a favorite of mine. Cool, humorous, intelligent racer and tuner. Congrats to Chad and Jim and the whole team on the #1 Qualifier.

It's really not a shocker. Like Mike Dunn has said many times, you can never count out Jim (or Chad) Head. Being low qualifier certainly proves that.

Jim has long been underated as a tuner. Now that he is out of the seat, just watch. As long as he has the $$$ and a good driver his car will fly.
Today will NOT be a one hit wonder.

Though it is not a huge surprise, it certainly is great to see the Head name on top of the FC field. I hope Jim and Chad can go some rounds today and take home the win.
