Jackie 1-3 were a little confusing since various States laws fluctuate on things as Restricted licenses for Pre-18 year olds. Here in NM Legally drunk is .08 or higher, NO idea if it's different for under 21.

You're right Joe, I know that there are differences between states on some of the questions in this test. That's why I specified "NJ" drivers license.

Just thought it might be fun to see how we scored.

Since the drinking age is 21, NJ's law considers any amount of alcohol "DUI."

Way too many "all of the above" answers. And the special learner's permit question isn't one that should be asked on a general driver's license test since it only applies if you have one (or even know what it is).

Don't kill the messenger... I was on the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission website for something and came across it. It was listed on 'take a sample test'.
