Got to give a shout-out to the recent Glenn Grissom column concerning his thoughts on the PR (lack of) for NHRA.

I recommend it..as we're always harping on NHRA's lack of exposure..or is that..NHRA's lack of self promotion.

David, thanks for sharing that article. Great stuff! Constructive with some truly great (and do-able) suggestions for promoting our sport in the pre season. Hope the right people are seeing that and giving his ideas some consideration.

Glen had it right. But NHRA has done these shop tours in the past. It's just hard to get the press to do anything unless it's NASCAR. Hopefully JR Todd, and Ashley Force will continue to increase the interest of the press. There's just never enough money inmost teams budget to give the press purks like coats and leather bags like NASCAR does.
