Jim Head. I mentioned this a few years ago. Two innovative, safety concious
drivers that are constantly looking outside the box for safety improvements,
as well as growing the sport. Who said Firebird was a ****hole and should be
closed? One guess. Who said Goodyear needed to look at the downforce fuel cars put on the rear slicks. One guess. Who said that scoreboards should be moved back away from the retaining wall. One guess.Who hit 345 mph @ IRP
and stopped the Iron Eagle. One guess. Who can take all the criticism fans can dish out, and not blink an eye. Whit Bazemore.
