I have heard of "fat head" cylinder heads but have no clue as to what "fat head" means. I tried googling, but google wasn't friendly today.

So, what's the scoop?

TIA

I finally found something. Looks like the intake valve is repositioned and the exhaust port is modified to be used with low exhaust lift earlier timing on exhaust cycle. That and I believe they have larger combustion chambers.

Would an expert please correct me if I am wrong?

the "fat head" has a smaller cc chamber than the standard fuel head. it's designed for alcohol class racing.
