West Coast Junior Fuel (3 Viewers)

Yesterday my wife and I rode the trains (Redlands to San Bernardino, San Bernardino to Pomona North, Pomona North to Compton(adjacent)) to the Lions Automobili Museum and Foundation. The place is legit. Amazing cars, car art, car stuff, the place is super professional. I was startled by the hobby shop. If you are a model car builder, you HAVE to see this part of the museum. I bought the West Coast Junior Fuel book on my way out. I loved junior fuel as a kid growing up in SoCal. It really felt, to a 12 year old, that it was possible to build and run one.

Man, me too. My first race 1968, I fell in love with those little injected SBC running "the can, lid, and label"

I've been there a number of times now for various events since they opened. It gets a little better each time I go. The hobby shop must be new since I don't recall seeing it before.
