The West Coast Outlaw Pro Mod Association goes to Medford, Oregon for the 4th of July (1 Viewer)

[coverattach=1]Sacramento, CA - The West Coast Outlaw Pro Mod Association will head north to Champion Raceway in Medford, Oregon for the 3rd & 4th of July for their 4th of 7 events of the 2009 season. The 3rd annual Nite of Fire event will feature Outlaw Pro Mod’s as well as the West Coast Top Sportsman Association, the Sunoco Fuel ET Championship Series and topping the night off with jet cars and a huge fireworks display!

Racers can drop off their trailers anytime on Thursday afternoon. There will be a FREE test & tune session on Friday from 5-11 pm for teams who wish to test. Qualifying and eliminations will be started and finished on Saturday. The first round of qualifying on Saturday will be at 12 (noon), second session around 3pm and the first round of eliminations will start around 6pm. As always, all times are approximate. Unlike some of our other events, there will be NO GATE FEE to get into the track. Bring your truck & trailer, extra motor home, tow vehicles and all your crew and/or family into the track for free! There is a $175 race fee for the association that goes directly into the event purse. For new members there is a $25 (per race) OR $150 (for the season) membership fee.

We are expecting a decent turnout of cars for our 8-car show and anticipating some new members to show up at this event from the north-western area of the country. For anyone who is interested in running with us at this event feel free to contact WCOPMA president, Rod Burbage, at (530) 243-8300 or email the association at [email protected].

If you would like to be added to the association’s e-mailing list, send us an email to [email protected] and let us know. We will add you to the list so you can keep up with everything going on with the West Coast Outlaw Pro Mod Association.
