Kid is in FLA with grandma, and I don't quite fit in his car, so I need to wait until this weekend when he gets back... It'll give me some time to tinker with it!!!
Plus I need to run the car down to Reinhart's to get some tabs fabricated, but the bugger doesn't answer his texts!! Alan- you back in the Baked Apple?
Thanks Suzie!! It's nice to be home ... Now to work on that "project" we spoke about!!! Dinner in Dallas- maybe she can teach me how to play that freakin flippy cup game!!!
Indy, then Dallas, Vegas and Pomona... Not including renting out SIR for some TnT with the kid's car... But this water damage is gonna be costly at the crib..

New bullet going in, and I want to add some bits and pieces that only the skilled craftsman at Wild West Engineering can provide for the future employee of Dark Side Racing....
Suzie on post #4 Martin stated that the Monsoon rains caused some damage to his property. We had a town here in NM (Ruidoso) that got hit with 6" of rain and caused bridges to wash out and forced evacuations!

That is a bummer! I was just wondering if he came home to a foot of water in the house or the roof blown off. That sucks when it happens and you are away from home.
I guess it rained a bit here, and and the gutters clogged up like a windage tray full of 70,000 mile 50wt. The resulting roof runoff created a new rut that ran to the border wall and weakened the foundation, so I (and my mason) have a new project (like I need ANOTHER one!)
This Thomas Kid (did I mention he'll be a future driver for The Dark Side? ) is gonna get a TON of seat time in the next few weeks, so bring your A Game there, Timmah!
Make sure you put a "French Drain" in that rut! That is a nightmare! In Texas, I think all houses have a weakend foundation. It is pretty hard to find one without a foundation problem here. Between the rain & drought and hot & cold weather, it is pretty much a common thing!

Hey Martin, welcome home. Hope you get it all back together soon. Sorry to hear it got soggy. Love to see more pictures from your trip when you have time.

Awesome, I can't wait to see them. Road trips, I love them. My plans for this summer and fall have all been shuffled recently and now I am trying to make even more work with less time, some things have taken a serious turn for teh different. But it will all be fun!
