Von Smith on Judge Judy

My wife called me in from outside to tell me "that pro mod racer" was on Judge judy yesterday. Sure enough when it came back on from commercial it was him. A "kid" drove off and didnt pay for his gas at Von's gas station. Von had him picked up and arrested and the kid's mom was trying to say false arrest. Von won the case.

Are you sure that's the same Von Smith? Last I knew his family owned Atomic City Tool (making custom tools for Oak Ridge National Laboratories--the nuclear power and research facility).
