Today's edition has an article about Force getting his 1000th round win, along with yesterday's results, and the entire back page of the sports section is a Ford sponsored ad touting Ashley's first win. Good stuff.

NBC here in Chicago did a full segment on Ashley Force last night on their Sports Extra show. I guess she's making an appearance at Navy Pier next week or something.

ESPN's Sports Center tried to mention it too. Compared John's 1000th round win, as if it was 1000 events he won. Then, in all their logic they compared it to Richard Petty's 200 NASCAR wins. I would have thought someone at ESPN would have known better.
