In a Pro mod Never! Not at 80-90% anyway, they had the Nitro coupes in Super chevy but they were limited to 30%!

Wasn't the ADRL experimenting with a 50% nitro supercharged Pro Mod combination a year or so ago?

I believe it was an injected nitro engine. Don Wooten (sp) maybe? I remember a blue Camaro, i think they had some help from Tom Conway, then again, I may have this all wrong...

I was being facetious, I know NHRA would never let it fly. But if they can run blown alky or A/fuel in TAD then why not allow the same in TAFC and Pro Mod?

Because the Parity issue in TAD has been the Abortion from Hell for NHRA! One NHRA official told they there was NO way they would open that can of worms again...

Nunzio, NHRA banned Turbo's from the Alky Classes over 10 years ago. I guess they saw the potential back then, there is a 6 Cyl Turbo Dragster in Comp eliminator that has run a 6.30@220!

6.281 now. Brian Fitzpatrick is undoubtedly now the world's quickest Import.
