Traxxas did not renew the contract, other options are being explored.

not on bottom of nhra.com homepage. balloon logo in top end interview area not visible. assuming no presence at the track this year.
IMO i was surprised to see them pickup the shootout for an additional year after their run with courtney. they were a wonderful sponsor for jfr and the nhra.
damn it, i will miss the traxxas girls!

No sponsorship lasts forever. If you own a company, I would think it makes sense to try and reach a new/different audience after awhile. Think about how many sponsors have come and gone and come back again over the years. Traxxas was great to have involved in drag racing.
