Top Dragster

I was thinking would they allow a front engined fuel car in T/D , Now before you attack me and tell me how lame I am.............I am NHRA licened for SuperComp,Top Dragster Advanced E.T ( what ever that is) and exhibition ...........so go easy on Me. ,
I would just like to be able to run at nhra and nostalgia races with the same car, could it be done?

Very interesting, (to be read with German accent) LOL:D
I don't see why not, but I don't have a rule book.

You could run the same car at both events, just not the same fuel. No nitro in Top Dragster.

I had a rule written just for me when I ran injected nitro in Super E in the 90's.

I think you can...I'm trying to build a blown altered to run with the central states super chargers, was talking to the div 5 guys at a race and they talked like I could enter it in TD as long as I met all the adv et requirements.

I had a 477 BBC with and 80A pump and an Enderley Bug on a Weiand tunnel ram manifold through a two speed Lenco and Crowerglide, in My 235 inch rear motored car, I still have the car, though its a bit out of date, (about 14 years).

I ran it on 30% nitro, it would go 6.70's at over 200, I want to do the same type deal but with a Front motor car, as there is alot more racing here in California for Front motor cars, I also want to be able to do division 7 events and maybe national events as well.

I have also toyed with the concept of a blown gas front motor car to do double duty.

Any thoughts or do's and don'ts?

Fire the next pair..........................

I used to love it when they added Super E to all the D-7 Natl. events in the 90's. Who drove that Korbel '61 Chevy?

Bill is correct, no nitro in TD, here is the rule from the 2013 rulebook:

Steve Casner has been doing it for awhile now...
