Thats a Spyker C8 Spyder, built by Spyker of Holland (yes the same people who bought the Midland F1 team) with input from Karmann of Germany and Coventry Prototype Panels of the UK. It was unveiled back in 2000 at the Birmingham International Motor Show, and has made appearances in a couple of major feature films. (Basic Instinct 2 being one of them even if the film was terrible) The car uses the Audi 4.2 litre V8 and makes about 400bhp or with twin turbo's 525bhp. A special C8 called the C8 Double 12S developed about 600hp and was based on the car which they enter in the LeMan 24 hours

The newer, longer wheelbase Spyker C12 LaTurbie now uses Audi's W12 engine and makes about 500bhp as standard in a slightly longer wheelbase chassis.
