The 2027 thread

Instead of having a dozen different threads for next year, why not combine into one?

Checking comp plus after a few days away, here are 2 TF announcements:

Leah stepping back, Schumacher gets her ride in a multi year deal (already mentioned in separate thread).

Doug Foley coming back with Gary Pritchett as driver, I thought the article mentioned 8 races.

Also, Foley will run an a-fuler in TAD with his sons driving.

What else will change or who may start a team next year?

i have no clue or inside info, but i still think blake and clay could be teammates,
as they share the same parent company as sponsors, but blake seems to me like he wants
to be his own boss, which i respect, so maybe that wouldn't work?

I say Reed sells and drives the 2nd RWR car providing half the funding with RWR providing the other half with their sponsorships.
He said he was stepping back next year to save money for retirement. This way he can save some money and still be out there full time, and essentially be reunited with Wendland.

Any more info going around about Freeman/Elite fielding a TF team or two next year?

Really like this senerio. Not sure Reed would invest a couple million into this and if RWR could come up with the rest but would love to see it happen

Robert, your comment made me think how much $ is inflated. When I worked at Sky Harbor Airport in Phx, used to go to some of the stores to buy a candy bar. More than $5 for a large size Hersheys, etc. The didn't sell the small sizes, cuz less profit. Thinking how it costs around 5-6 million for one nitro car per year. And we're the cheap sport, compared to Indy 500, etc etc
