In a large skillet on medium high, cook chicken breasts in garlic and olive oil, LIGHTLY seasoning with salt and pepper (optional Garlic)
While chicken is cooking, steam asparagus lightly...or microwave in wrap (touch of water) for 1.5 min.
After cooked, place chicken on cooking sheet in oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Broil until top just starts to bubble...do not let it turn brown but just tan.
Wash skillet with soap or choose another pan.
Warm pan to med high, then place butter and brown sugar in pan. When sugar is melted and butter is bubbling, place asparagus and strawberries in and quickly stir fry until coated. This should take about one to two minutes. Do not over cook. Remove from heat.
Plate Chicken, then place strawberries on top of chicken and surround with asparagus along with butter from the pan.
