Bossier City, LA (May 13, 2011) – Greg Stanfield and his J&T Racing, Nitrofish, Coffman Tank Trucks, Indicom Electric Pontiac GXP did not start the weekend out like they expected.

Qualifying in the 11th spot after two qualifying sessions held on Friday, May 13th, Stanfield and his team knows they need more. The team has a lot of work to do overnight, but will be prepared and ready to lay it down tomorrow.

Stanfield was sitting only one point out of the NHRA Full Throttle Championship points lead heading into this race, and he knows qualifying plays a big part.

“We are struggling a bit here,” said Stanfield. “We have some work to do. We are changing engines for tomorrow and hopefully that will fix a lot of our issues.”

There are two more qualifying sessions tomorrow at the 31st annual Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Southern Nationals in Commerce, Georgia.
