I got an update to the 10.4 Funny Car spec this past weekend from SFI...
are they freakin' serious!?!?!?
A hinged x-brace in the floor behind the motor that is mounted with rubber isolators!?!?!
And if you don't use the SFI "steering rack cross-member" design it has to be the McKinney installation. Since when does SFI recommend a chassis builder by name?
And the saddle doublers on the lower frame rail are sadly laughable in my opinion.

Now to the real question; Which will we have first? The Darrell Russell report that was promised that we will have in 30 days, or the new F/C spec?
