Sprint Leaving Nascar

Sprint announced they're leaving at the end of 2016 season.
It will be interesting to see who bites the budget next.

Heard this on the way home from work tonight. Was a surprise to me but I don't follow the roundy-rounds (much) so it might have been anticipated...

Turns out Sprints new CEO is from Bolivia and has no interest in auto racing. Actually he is a soccer nut and is trying to bring a professional team to Miami. Kinda sounds like the same situation with Budwieser, Ford leaving drag racing new CEO had no interest in drag racing.

Of course a 10yr 750 mllion budget might have had a little to do with it, maybe.
