So...with that logic, this particular young lady was asking to be a raped, knocked up high school dropout heathen by wearing a mini skirt on a plane?

I call bulls--t.

No. You missed the point again. She, like any women who over expose themselves, was simply looking to be the best sexual stimulant seen by the public that day. She's quite akin to the kid who's been pierced to the point he's become transparent, and spikes his pure green and purple hair and wears his grandpa's pants 9/10 of the way off his butt, just wants to have people say, "hey look at that" when they walk by.

Have you ever concidered the thought that maybe, *just maybe* she simply got up that morning, went into her closet, thought "that'll look cute", put it on and went about her day, and that was it? Or are you still going to insist that she dressed in that skirt solely to be a prick tease and drive all men to the point of erections?

I think she just got up that morning, thought she looked cute, grabbed her keys and left the house. You're reading way more into it than necessary Bobby.

She's a waitress at Hooters! Of course she wants to draw attention to herself! She wore a skirt so short she couldn't sit down and cross her legs without flashing her panties!

I have a question! ( frantically waves hand! :D )

How is it that you think you know what her intentions were? Could it even be possible that she was trying to set up for the settlement/lawsuit?

I tell ya. I've been pondering that "number one problem in America" statement. All this time I would have thought it'd be things like heart disease, cancer, drunk driving deaths, drug addiction, alcoholism, rape, sleeper terrorist cells, liberal/anti-capitalistic teachings, practically criminal media bias, etc, etc, etc.

All this time it was those darned pesky Millers and their good intentions! Who knew? :D

Here's some sobering statistics:

Nearly four in 10 young women become pregnant at least once before they reach the age of 20-nearly one million a year Eight in ten of these pregnancies are unintended and 79 percent are to unmarried teens.

One of every 3 girls has had sex by age 16, 2 out of 3 by age 18. Two of 3 boys have had sex by age 18.

Fewer than half of high school students have had sex.

Teen mothers are less likely to complete high school, (only one-third receive a high school diploma) and more likely to end up on welfare (nearly 80 percent of unmarried teen mothers end up on welfare).

The United States has the highest rates of teen pregnancy and births in the western industrialized world. Teen pregnancy costs the United States at least $7 billion annually.

A majority of both girls and boys who are sexually active wish they had waited. Eight in ten girls and six in ten boys say they wish they had waited until they were older to have sex.

The younger a teen aged girl is when she has sex for the first time, the more likely she is to have had unwanted or non-voluntary sex. Close to four in ten girls who had first intercourse at 13 or 14 report it was either non-voluntary or unwanted.

Just a decade ago, this wasn't the case. The more staggering statistic is in extramarital affairs and the resultant divorce rate. The bottom line in my eyes is that the Lord has clearly spoken His will in the clearest of commandments (not suggestions.) Some of the benefits of adhering to His words and living w/complete marital fidelity are having happy-complete families, freedom from STDs, only wanted pregnancies, trust in relationships, and the blessings of God himself. I find that hard to deny? Of course, there are a myriad of other reasons for marital failure but none more devastating to the family unit. I personally believe Satan himself appreciates such a breach of this simple commandment. It sure seems to further his cause.

Morality will never go out of style! Ever! It's fruits are too numerous and valuable!

A lot of good stuff in that post Doc.

You know - there is this certain book that I keep referring to that I shall not mention the name of so as not to offend anyone (PC), it has more punishment in it for sexual immorality than any other sin. Pretty startling fact there too. And the thing is, it even lists points of dress and leaves it pretty open to interpretation, behind the word "modest".

I, in no way can ever claim to know the intentions of a woman who dresses scantily - but I do know that 10 times out of 10 when she does, she is dressing in a way that will provoke mens (in general) thoughts sexually, and most men like that.

I also know (from NUMEROUS personal conversations with people, and "book" references) that the only people that will argue about any "sin" or "immoral issue" or whatever you want to call it are the ones that have a problem with it, and hold it close to their heart. ;)
