You know the guy in the Mondello t-shirt starting at 0:52 into it.

And speaking of Joe, there he is at 0:42!

One of the only faces I recognized was Lean Gene Adams.

I luv that guy!

The cool thing about Youtube is that you find all these related videos. I was checking out the one "60s Drag Racing Indy Nationals Pt 2" and I was really hoping to see my dad's car, but there are tons of cars that raced with him in that era. I believe fellow Mater Bob Kushon's cousin was Ron Ellis, who had the Trick T AA/A, a Logghe car that was the blown twin to my dad's A/A. Tons of great shots in this video. Once you start watching this stuff, it's hard to stop. Checking out part 3 now...

Anyone pick up on who that is at exactly the 1:00 mark? And what car he's driving?

If that's the day or run when it flew, then I was there that day.

It's Tom McEwen in the rear engined '65 Barracuda sponsored by the Plymouth Dealers Association.

That video would have been a lot more enjoyable had they put the annoying music in the background so I could hear the sweet sounds of the machinery
