I remember when The Strip at LVMS looked like that ... less than 100 days later we were having a National Event !!!!! Bruton is way ahead of schedule this time.

I remember when The Strip at LVMS looked like that ... less than 100 days later we were having a National Event !!!!! Bruton is way ahead of schedule this time.

I remember showing up at the first NHRA National Event at LVMS on Wednesday and there were still cranes and equipment putting the grandstands together! By Thursday, it was all done and time trials and qualifying began on schedule. That's called gettin' er' done!

I know boys, I'm ready! The folks/media here in Charlotte haven't experienced the NHRA yet. I predict it's going to be a circus atmosphere.
