Screen goes black?

I'm new to NHRA TV Streaming all access. My screen goes black for a second or two a couple times a minute.
What am I doing wrong? I have 25 mbps internet speed which my provider says is enough.
My computer is fairly new 18 months, Intel i3 3.10hz 8GB Ram Windows 10.

Yes, 25 SHOULD be OK but, you might select something less than 1080P on settings in the lower right of your screen.
I have had some infrequent "black outs" on YouTube with my Win 10 Laptop of late.
Don't know if there's any connection with your's but, (according to Google) there is some issue with Win 10 (update) - seems to me, I was directed to some fix on MS site (but can't recall specifics).
