This is sad news.

I highly recommend Ed's book he came out with a few years ago. It is very well done. I got an autographed copy at one of the Lion's Drag Strip Museum events right after the book came out.

They're all leaving us now. Over the last several years I've come to realize how much these reunions and revivals are so important. Friday Bob Lambeck passed away too. He would come by VHS from time-to-time if he need something we had.

In 1982 I was just a little kid helping Gary Beck who was driving for Larry Minor. When the car began to run really well they had an Ed Pink blower on the car. What stood out was instead of a alumium casing it was magnesium. Whenever Bernie Fedderly had it on the car it flew. I was only 11 years old but I remember like it was yesterday. Rest in peace Ed Pink.
