This is great news! I was kind of hoping for AA Dale, but Ray is a fine pick for a crew chief. I wonder who the current crew chief is that will be serving as the assistant crew chief???

after a few years of looking at everyones setups , they should be up front right away. i wonder what how the other teams will act toward him when he comes in pit areas to inspect a car the rest of the year. i bet alot of things will be off limit but for the rest of the year he has athority to look at what ever he wants to on any car.
