I need some help!
I bought a new fiberglass ’71 Mach 1 funny car body from Jeff Gaynor. He has a driver headed from California to Illinois on I-40 (north Texas) on August 20th (+/_ a day or so) that will drop off the body free if I can find a place to store it for two weeks. It has to be somewhere along I-40 (Amarillo/OKC?).
I'm stuck on a 7-12's job near Houston and can't get up there until September 6th or 7th to pick it up.
Anyone up that way have a place that I could stash it until Labor Day or a couple of days after?
The body weighs around 110 lbs, so its easily handled by two people. The driver will help get it off the small trailer it's on.
