I was very surprised after watching this video that Promod Drivers don't have to shift the car. I would have thought it would be much more like PSC.

Yup because of Stevie's protest to NHRA.

That rule change was rescinded. The automated shifters are legal.

I agree with Stevie. I think it is unfortunate this rule was rescinded. That being said, I still love watching the class.
