I love the Promods as well, having owned an driven one in the the class's infancy(1988-93). My son drives one now, a blown corvette, with the WCOPMA. (West Coast Outlaw Promod Assoc.) I have to agree that driving one of these things @ 2700lbs + or- with 3000 hp, a 3 or 4 spd trans, and suspension is quite a handful. In some cases you can pedal an alcohol FC and get away with it. If you try it with a Promod car, a lot of times you wish you had just put the clutch in..And of course, that's why they're so exciting to watch!!

I loved that '62 Impala that Tommy used to drive, too bad he parked it or Sold it.

They still have the Bel Air, Tommy was just saying how much he liked that car. Hopefully I'll get to see it one day.

Awesome Mike. Tommy D and Mel Bush are good people. Great to hear your going to be in Ennis, I'll stop by and introduce myself. I cant wait, its going to be insane this year.

Sure Justin, stop by and say hi.

They brought the '62 Bel Air to Vegas last year but they struggled all weekend!
