Noticed lots of wheelies almost to the 1/8. Also, look for red Vette towards the first few min. Sounds like he's shiftin into 5th before the 1/8. Or is a type of clutch mgt system??

A lot of the outlaw pro mod guys are running lots of gears. Dillard had a 7 speed in his car when he went 5.39 in testing for this event.

That transmission would not be allowed in NHRA competition. Neither is a lock-up converter. But, there's a reason they call them "Outlaw Pro Mods". On the "Run whatcha brung" circuit, anything goes.....

impressive only begins to describe what these 'outlaw' cars are doing. wow! even the 275 radial class and other similar classes.
records being set. still the wild west, like TF and FC back in 90's.

I noticed 3.60's were a dime a dozen. That really impressed me.
