Premature picks deadline (1 Viewer)

I just got home from work looking forward to making my picks and the manage picks says it ended at 7:14 pm when the rules clearly say and have always been 11:59 pm in you're time zone. Well it's 9:44 pm in my time zone and I'm out.

Although it would be nice to at least make the picks AFTER 2 rounds of qualifying.

I checked the rules and it states 11:59 pm your time zone.
