Pick 5 drivers from the pro categories. (if you pick a bike, please make sure that they are racing that weekend)
You can divide you're picks up however you want, even all in the same class if you wish.
Picks are due in by Friday midnight before the race. Unless you pick via email or other source then they are due by Friday at noon so that I have time to post them.
1pt for qualifying, 1 point for each round win and an extra point if your driver wins the race.
This means you get 6 points for winning, 4 for a runner up.
Tie breaker- Pick the winning et from the final round of top fuel. The tie breaker is only used to determine a weekly race winner if 2 people are tied. Whoever is closest wins. If there is still a tie whoever posted first wins (I disqualify myself from that since I post first)
If you've played since the name change then I should have you covered if this is you're first entry since the change then please let me know who you used to be. I do know some of you want a clean break from your old name so feel free to pm me with that info if you'd like to have your points continue.
Alternated froms of entry. There's been some debate on this and initially I was going to leave it up for a vote this week. I know we have people that still are not back, some are due to not liking the change, others have freebie emails and can't and some just can't use their real name. In sifting through the remarks here and sent personally to me I've decided to allow them to finish the season. I have let people enter through pms and such all season. At times people knew they were going to be on vacation so they would get ahold of me early to leave thier pics and I would post them once I started the thread. I don't see this as being all that different.
Another reason is just my competitive spirit. At least 3 of the people are in the championship hunt, I know if I win this thing I want to know I out picked somebody and not that I got by them because they were bounced out of the game.
The one catch is that if you email, pm or use another site to get this too me then your picks have to be in by noon of raceday Friday. This will give me time to post your picks, making them public and keeping everything on the up and up.
I started this game as a fun thing. I hope to maintain that and I couldn't see kicking out people who had played when the changes made were out of their control.
