Saw on PJ's facebook that his dad, Paul Sapienza was on his way to the hospital with a suspected heart attack! Prayers are requested and appreciated! For those of you who have never met him, you are missing out! He's a great guy and his family is wonderful.

They transferred him from the local hospital to the "Big City" where they have a better cardiac center. He will be having a heart cathater.

He's Doing good now, talking the nurses ears off and being all Zappyish

Glad to hear he is doing good! PJ tell your dad I said hi when you get the chance. Big Zappy is a great guy. Met him in Chi Town about 5 years ago and we ended up spending most of the day together at the track.

this is good news PJ.....tell him I still expect to see him in charlotte next month!!!!

The heart cath is going to be Monday, from there they will know damage/blockage and if we are looking at stint(s) or bipass.

He's doing good though, his biggest gripe right now is the remote control for the tv. It has up down only so he can't channel flip. I didn't check to see if it had the ESPN2 or not. We'll have to keep an eye on him so he doesn't sneek out to find the qualifying coverage later

Sorry, I'm late with the thoughts and prayers for Big Zappy. PJ, good to hear that things will be getting fixed tomorrow. We're all thinking of him!

Zapster here, still kickin folks,lol. Thanks SO much for all the prayers, I really appreciate it. Dr. says no heart attack so far, but It's real close. The heart cath should fix me right up.

I can't be pullin the chutes yet, someone's got to check out this 4-wide stuff.

well things didn't go as well as planned. Nothing wrong with the cath but he needs more work.

First thing in the am he will be heading in for a bi pass. Right now its at least a double possibly a triple.

Ya know he's a real race fan when he was more upset about missing the 4 wide race then the actual surgery.

My wife tried to make him feel better by saying don't worry dad they'll show it on tv,
He responded well they show porno on tv too but its alot funner to be there.
