A rumor on Competitionplus.com says in addition to the return of Labor Day racing at Indy next year, we may be back to 4 qualifying runs, and 2019 purses, possibly even better. Add that to the return of Shootouts, and things seem to be on a nice trajectory. Let's hope it all comes to pass!

Speaking of Mr. Lemonis, I didn't know a whole lot about his background. It's quite impressive.
The only thing that made me cringe is the fact he was born later in the year that I graduated from high school.
