Please help us in voting for my friends dog Rascal in a national photo contest.

1. Enter your e-mail address FIRST
2. Scroll down to the photos and click on Rascal’s picture
3. This will bring you to a new screen where you will see some numbers and letters changing
4. When all the characters stop, type what you see in the box exactly as you see it…(case sensitive)
5. Scroll down and click on….Place Vote
