So how about starting new, cheaper classes? Econo TF, Econo FC and Econo PS. Come up with rules that limit the big costs that are the problems now.

To rebirth an old saying,"Speed Costs Money. How fast do you want to go?"

Problem is, at that level of performance, you don't just want to go fast....you have to. And then, here comes that money thing all over again.
