If the weather is the same tomorrow, this could work out doubly good for me.

1. I didn't waste the time/money to drive down there (I had planned to come until Thursday of this week).
2. They might come here (Vegas) to test during the Pro Stock Superbowl next weekend!!! (not 1 nitro car made a hit last year)

Did anyone else show up since yesterday? Firebird advertised 16 Nostalgia Funny Cars this weekend; did any of them show up; if so, who? Admission plus parking comes to $38 for one day; unless there is some totally awesome NFC show happening tomorrow, I think I'll have to wait until the Winternationals for my first nitro fix of the year. All this and the Slayer/Megadeth concert I was going to tonight got canceled; how much can a guy take?:p:D
 
It was chilly out there today; but, a good time none the less. There was a moment I was laughing at though, I was sitting on the east side back behind TPed while he was heckling Hight during his first run.
 
Chilly and windy, but a fun day getting to chat with lots of folks. Got to meet Martin - cool guy!

After a big burnout, John ripped off a 4.7 with early shutoff.

Wilk pulled in since yesterday, hadn't made a run when we left.

Signage was wrong Jim... JF was 4.19 nosing over... Robert and Princess both ran 4.11 at 302 (AR went upstairs to see the incrementals..)

I'll be out there all day Sunday. All three Force cars (John/Robert/Ashley) have "almost" gotten down the track, so I'm hoping some of the others can do so tomorrow afternoon. I doubt any of the nitro cars will attempt passes until early afternoon. I thought I overheard Lanny saying track temp was 62 degrees yesterday when they were running in the afternoon?
 
Ok so I've compared the pictures like a thousand times!!!! The Force team is not using the new body like Tasca right or am I on crack?!?! Cause I think I see the difference but you all are probably better then me at this.

Ashley has the new body, Tasca has the new body, Robert does not have the new body yet, Wilk does not have the new body yet

All the Force cars have the new bodies. Ashley didn't run the new body 'till the last run today. John has not run his 10 yet, just the current paint job on the older version Mustang. Robert has been running his old body, but has the 2010 body, I have seen it. I don't think they all have spares yet, and don't want to risk hurting one before Pomona.
 
Well hurtin a body and not having a back up is a real good reason
to wait till the season begins lol. I'll have to see if I can find a pic of Ashley's run with the 10. Thanks for the replies guys.
