28 straight rounds in Stock. 3 national events in a row (no Stock at Brainerd), and LODRS at Maple Grove. Pretty amazing!

If he can keep this up at the divisional level, he will win the Stock championship again. He is finished at the National level with 294 (out of 315 points). He have 135 points at only 2 divisional meets and he can earn points at 6 more(only the highest 5 will count out of 8 divisionals). The guy is just amazing to watch on both ends of the track.

Biondo, Fletcher, Rampy, and a few others are just machines. Just crazy good. I was sure pulling for Scotty to win in Comp at Indy.

peter is one of the best bracket racers ever! hed make a great pro stock driver- like connely and jeggie out of the sportsman ranks. and he and phil montieth are great guys!!!!! i always loved the hatari cars peter drove for phil.

how true greg, and arnie is a character . theres so many great people in the sportsman pits it would take me a hour to type them all( im 2 finger typer) biondo, berrtozzi and scotty . some bad bad men there . how bout the big e small shirt in the winners circle , peter had me rolling

He seems to be getting on a roll just like he did in '05. I hope he gets a shot at a good Pro Stock ride someday.

Why would he want to take a pay cut? Unless he has aspirations to do so. But I've never heard him express any interest in Pro Stock.

Peter can win more money racing brackets and sportsman categories than he ever would driving someone elses Pro Stock car. Plus, from a business standpoint, he is running in categories that showcase the Biondo product line and racing with his customers. And the exposure he and Sal garner now is far greater than any but the top runners in Pro Stock.

If Peter did want to run Pro Stock, there is no doubt in my mind he would be killer.

But I've never heard him express any interest in Pro Stock.

He said it in an "On the Run" column in National Dragster a couple months ago.
