I don't know how many of you caught that men's 4 x 100 relay, but that Jason Rezak laid down the best olympic performance since Kerry Strug's vault in 1996!

Thats was one Hell of a great finish. In our house we call that a Townsend (Danny Townsend from his comp altered days) we someone catches you right at the end.

Yes I caught that, it was on AFN Pacific between crap fests. The swimmers are throwing down. When watching on Japanese TV I get a lot of judo and no sap (if there is any I don't understand it)

I enjoy all the events pretty much. Very high on Weightlifting and Track and Field. Not so much on Water Polo, and Swimming (though I swim regularly.)

Last night's relay was right up there with Hank Aaron's Babe passing HR, Reggie Jackson's 3 pitch/3 HR in the World Series, Boise State's finish of the Oklahoma Game and the Miracle on Ice with Herb Brooks' boys beating Russia. I suppose Michael Phelps' victory scream will be etched in my mind for the rest of my days, which aren't too many at my age.

I'm really glad I was watching TV last night! It was absolutely awesome!

Hey it is when you look at it from the standpoint that these people have worked yrs to get there?

I have a hard time with rowing..LOL..other than that..I can pretty much appreciate what they are doing..(no offense to rowers..hehe..they are working very hard) just hard to watch.

I just dont see it as an Olympic sport, plus the shuttlecock moves to fast for my honey to keep up with.

Last night was really cool in swimming and the men's gymnastics. Congrats to all of them! The men's gymnastics team is made up of all 1st time Olympians and the took the Bronze. Verrrrry impressive stuff! I just can't believe they don't break their upper arms on the parallel bars! OUCH!!! There are some raspberries on their biceps!!!

I would loooove to watch Michael Phelps train at U of M!!! I might just have to make a trip up north!

Watching the Romanian run away from the field in the womens marathon. The scary thing is I'm pretty sure the last place runner will finish under 2:30.

I LOVE the olympics. The opening ceremony was AWESOME! Very impressive show. I still think the olympic torch lighting in Barcelona is the best in history!

Seeing the Women's Gymnastics competition was very cool. My Girlfriend Valerie is a former College Gymnist, and missed the 96 olympic team by 3 positions. She taught me alot about the sport and I gotta tell you those little girls really have some talent! The guys do things in gymnastics that are just freaking AWESOME! They are some very strong people, and I have all the respect in the world for them.

Seeing what Michael Phelps has done this olympics is flat out AMAZING! The women's Beach Volleyball...(OMG!!!) Yeah, they are hot! I also enjoy watching the 100 meter dash.... Kinda like a drag race!

Overall, I'm a big Winter olympics fan....hockey, the skiing, and of course the Curling..(seriously, I like it!)

The best part of this olympic games will be when the closing ceremonies come, and they declare the games over, and the production of Nitromethane OPEN!!!

yeah, we need the "BEER GAMES" like,

- The Monkey Chug
- Quarters (which can be like swimming with multiple opportunities for medals such as "SPEED QUARTERS", "Distance Quarters", and my favorite of all time, "TRICK QUARTERS"
- Beer Pong!
- the Volume Chug
and of course the infamous "DAS BOOT"!

I think Minick and I could captain this team...!
