Well, that's not the normal analytical and thoughtful answer I've come to expect from you, Tom, but in true overconfident Husker fashion, I've got to say, "Bring It!" Do I get a prize too?

ROFL!! The honest truth is that I haven't had a chance to really delve into the subject yet. From what I do know, we're having an excellent competition for the starting QB job (by 3 guys that are actually QB's, imagine that), our offensive backs and receiver corps are scary, and a great number of our defenders are returning from the previous year.

Ok, that's more like it! Our quarterback picture is somewhat cloudy right now, but we do have some talented candidates. Got some real gaps here and there via defection to the NFL, and (gasp!) actual graduation! It will be interesting to see. I think Okie State will be someone to watch this year--how bout you? And I think there are a couple of teams from Michigan and Ohio that we are probably destined to hear about also, huh?

Boy, is it great to see a college football thread again!!!! Texas is looking pretty good and we have 2 GREAT backup QB's to Colt McCoy this year...both looked great at spring practice! Colt himself has been hitting the weight room a BUNCH and is a bigger and stronger than last year! Hey Suzie, great to see that I am in good company for pulling for the Horns!!! Terry is our "honorary Longhorn" as I am an "honorary CornHusker"!!! Hook em Horns!!!

Kelly you took the words out of my mouth! I'm worried about the quarterback position, Perreliux was just suspended from the team for using a fake Id to get into a casino. The team is solid everywhere else though, I think matt Flynn can do a good job, but I fear if he gets hurt.....Plus Mike the Tiger just died last week.....and Peta wants them not to get another Tiger.....Geaux Tigers
