Watchin NBC WINTER sports, and the Utah Sports Commission has an ad running that shows all the sports options they offer, including a night time clip of a couple of nitro TF cars... What nitro event runs TF up there?

IHRA has a Nitro Jam at Salt Lake City.....I believe this year will be their third season going there

I know that Rocky Mountain raceway runs booked in shows, they may even have a Nitrojam event, but i'm not sure about that.

This is true.

Rocky Mountain books several Nitro events and they hosted the 'Other sanctioning body' Nitro Jam event June 17-18 and will once again do so this season.

On a related note, there is a very nice plot of dirt here in Hurricane, Utah (near St. George for those who don't know where it is) which is the 'hope to be' home for a new 1/8th mile (to start) drag strip. However, as with any new drag strip development, there are several hurdles in the way of progress. The dirt has been moved, wiring has been installed for electrical, but development has stopped for the better part of 6 months now.
