I would like to see the Corvette as a new FC body myself.... that would make a great looking FC..

Those concept drawings look really nice, I'd like to see the artist's take on a three quarters view for both. Also Funny Car concepts for the Camaro and Challenger would be cool:cool:.

Only if they actually resemble the cars they're derived from. Most of the F/C's now are just bubble cars with decals to make them resemble the car they're supposed to be copies of.I say bring back the old windshield/roofline rules...make the cars less aerodynamic...they want to slow them down anyways.

It's been all down hill since the "batmobile":(

I don't think anyone wants to slow them down by 2 seconds and 100 mph...

Bernstein's Batmobile is an easy target, but I feel the shapes remained somewhat true to form from '88-'98. To me, Force's '99 Mustang got the ball rolling again.

Ever since, the bodies have distorted more and more with the "greenhouse" getting smaller and more bubble like. Of the current crop, I'd vote the Toyota as the most radical deviation from what it's supposed to be. Ultimately, you can't blame Force, Mopar, AJPE, or GM for what the FC's look like today, NHRA approved them.
