"But not everything is pedal-to-the-metal for the project. Three lawsuits challenging the sports complex have been filed in Tulare County Superior Court.
Council members have discussed the lawsuits in closed session. Pyle said the sports complex developers have hired legal representation to defend the lawsuits but that it could be some time before significant legal steps are taken."
