I don't know if I would want to be affiliated with the name if it were me. Obviously, it's not me so I'm sure there is some sound reasoning behind it.

Joe all the folks involved are avid drag racers, I sure hope we can someday get involved in the sport we love. I know for a fact there will never be the huge crazy money flying around, but contingency and event assistance at the sportsman level are deffinent possibilities in the future. Lord knows we need sucsessful business' involved in drag racing, please wish us luck!

This so stupid. What great business sense to use a name that is frowned upon by so many. He probably decided to use Torco because he couldn't use Charles Manson Racing Fuels. Very dumb if you ask me.

As I understand it the legit "Torco" along with Phoenix Race Fuels are the new owners. Why wouldn't you want to use the name that was stolen from you in the first place? So it was an out of court settlement with Torco changing to Torco International. I my books Torco oil originated the trademark name.

We are primarily concentrating in the West for now since the East is winding down its season, Alan Hemsworth is handeling all our Eastern distribution. We are planning a blending/distribution hub in the East.

I know the two western guys, Jody and Don. Jody, I know of through my father-in-law and I bought my car through Don. That's Don's car in his avatar and in mine. They are real racers and real people with normal money, just like you and me.

I think that if they would have relaunched with a new name, it would have been that much harder to build brand loyalty. Outside of people like us who are following closely the happenings of Knoll, the bracket racer most likely won't care what it is called. It is a solid product, and the branding redesign and launch will work well for Jody and the gang.

I wish them the best in there new line of products. Hopefully Chuck-O will still have his hands in the deal at some level.
