New FC Driver

DRO is reporting that the brother of an NHRA FC driver is getting his license upgraded to nitro as well. Sounds like Jon Capps to me. If it is, congratulations to him. I've spoken to Jon before and he's a pretty nice guy, I know he's been wanting to go nitro racing for awhile.
