Why were so many TF crew chiefs struggling in Q 4?

I always wonder about that too. I figure if a team is safely in the show after Q2, then Q3 might be when they push the envelope to see what the track and conditions will hold. But then they would reel it back in for Q4 to try to get a solid pass in prior to Sunday. So who knows what happened today.

Racing surface wise just today. Although the first pair of super street on Friday left a big cloud of pollen through the lights which I don’t think I’ve seen before

Crazy Rd 1 of FC. 3 cars took out blocks, Worsham would have beat Hagan if......, CGM car driven by Blake Alexander takes out Prock, Green v/s Richards, is either car going to start?? Then Chad runs a 3.95 at 319! What in the world is wrong with Tim Wilkerson? And another Rd 1 exit for RWR and Tony Schumaker.

I am going to Bristol, so cool that I will also get the New England finals. It just says that it will be run on Friday in Bristol. Will there be an extra session for the finals or do they typically just roll it into the qualifying session and pair those up?

In most cases, they will run them during Q2.

this far into the season, the kalitta and force teams sure are flexing their muscle. they are consistently
outperforming their competition. interesting that the older boninfante brother was shown in rwr pit area. (i think on one of clay's videos).
lot of teams struggling. i sometimes wonder about the caliber of the lower paid crew members, and if that makes
a big difference? i'm sure it does as it was noted a few weeks back the rwr schumacher team made a few personnel changes.
